-Fuel (~$100 for “typical” charter) assessed and billed at end of charter
-Credit card required for damage deposit/fuel
-Any damage to boat caused by customer negligence to be communicated and charged to credit card
-Customers responsible for inherent boat safety risks and will hold Sugar & Spice harmless
-Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, all food, beverages (NO red wine), refreshments, and ice provided by customer. Full-sized refrigerator/freezer and large cooler on board (Can refer exceptional Chef/Caterer)
-Infant and children life jackets for those that cannot utilize full-sized life jackets are to be supplied by customer
-Floats/noodles/etc available
-ONLY lotion sunscreen allowed, NO aerosol sunscreen due to damage caused to seat cushions and boat
-By supplying credit card information, Customer accepts these terms
-25% cancellation fee within 48 hours of charter scheduled start time.
-100% refund for weather cancel at Captain’s sole discretion
**Overnight Charters will have vessel turned over at navigational anchoring location and must hire a certified captain for any navigational requirements. You do not need to hire a captain as long as the boat remains in stationary location.
A dinghy will be provided for transportation to land as desired.
Rates and guest limits are purposely set to discourage “party boat” rentals to keep vessel in great condition for best possible luxury experience. Prices listed do not include 7.5% sales tax or 5% tourist development tax (overnight stay only).
